Things You Need to Know
Al Hubb Clothing understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
Most pre-made orders are shipped within 4-6 business days. Yet, made upon order items may require a 2 week turn over period.
1-2 Items may require 7-14 business days to produce, while 3 or more may require up to 21 business days (3 weeks). The more items ordered at once, especially during high volume of orders can change the turn around time. Here at Al Hubb Clothing we value our relationships with our customer, and your feedback is invaluable to us, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
In the interests of hygiene, all sales are final. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric compositions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order.
Once an order is placed, if the customer wishes to cancel the order they will only be issued if customer done so 48hr of purchase.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs Business days.Processing time may vary during holidays, promotions and between pre-made and made upon request orders( cut and sewn upon request).
Please understand that Business days do not include weekends and or holidays.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. Please allow 24hrs for the tracking to become active. Al Hubb Clothing is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If you for any reason wish to cancel your order, please be sure to contact us at Info@Alhubbclothing.com with 24hrs of placing your order.
If this time has pass and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item for an item of equal value without additional shipping charges. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them within 5 days of shipping date). Please contact us through email if you would like an exchange so that we can hold the item for you. If you have already received the package, you must send us the item back to our office with a copy of the Receipt, contact number, and the item information (such as name, color, and size) that you would like. After we have received the package, we will contact you to confirm the details and have the exchanged item sent out. A full refund will be issued once the item is returned to us and we have inspected it. Full refund excludes delivery costs.We believe in having confidence in your online shopping experience.
We will only offer a refund for severe manufacturing defect or as a result of fault on the part of Al Hubb Clothing. If the garments is/are unused, in perfect resalable condition with the Swing Tag/s still attached. All goods must be returned in their original packaging (Mailing bag, Gift Boxes, Accessory bags etc). Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, alteration or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer.
Any fees which Al Hubb Clothing shall incur by returning the damaged items/items not in their original saleable condition, to the sender must be settled prior to any further action being taken (fees will vary depending on the location of the sender and will be confirmed prior to goods being sent). This can either be done by deducting the return postage fee from any eligible refund money due or an additional payment can be made (liaison shall take place with our team via email correspondence should such a situation arise).
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.
Postage costs from the initial purchase will not be refunded unless there are proven instances of a severe manufacturing defect or as a result of fault on the part of Al Hubb Clothing.
Please note, in the case of a full refund being demanded, all complementary items received within the package must be returned too. If your item was a part of a promotional package, for e.g.. Buy one get one free; the free item must also be returned, otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount initially due.
We recommend using a form of Recorded Delivery to return your items to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please do not return items solely using the Al Hubb Clothing packaging bag.
Al Hubb Clothing will not reimburse the customer for the cost of return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
Our abayas are made of high-quality fabrics that are going to last.
Nida - is 100% Polyester; a light, exquisite, malleable and agreeable to wear smooth and delicate material appropriate for the more sultry and colder season. It's plush delicate and cooling to the skin. The more costly abayas are generally produced using this texture. Nida comes in the various quality we use only highest grade of Korean Nida.
